Absolutely faultless experience with Osborne Heath special mention to JB, who is so patient and lovely , listening to what we wanted in a new home and finding an exactly match. And a special mention and huge thanks for Jonathan in sales who did an amazing job selling and buying our property. Having been through the experience years ago with another local agency in Windsor , this process was made so much smoother and enjoyable by the wonderful team atOsborne Heath. We were looking for a property in the Charters School catchment area and although initially nothing was suitable, Elle was tenatious with her search for a property for us! A year later, she found a property that was a ideal match for and we were able to complete within 8 weeks after the offer was accepted. Pam & Elle were always available to provide information and updates, and I highly recommend Osborne Heath.

Kyle, Tina, Pam, Elle and the others at Osborne Heath were fantastic in handling the sale of my parents family home. It was a particularly difficult situation as my dad was house bound after an accident, and my mum was his carer, but they were always treated kindly and respectfully with great care taken over viewing times.From initially speaking with OH to handing in the keys was a long haul with a lot of stress and heartbreak. We very sadly lost my dad along the way and so decided to take the house off the market, but after a good few months my mum decided to try again with selling. The team at OH simply picked up where they had previously paused, and carried on. We never felt any pressure from them while we dealt with my dad’s passing. It genuinely felt like they cared.My mum’s now finally in her new home, around the corner from me, beside the Dorset sea and is happy.Cheers guys.

Our experience with Osbourne Heath, Sunninghill, was excellent throughout, from their identifying a house that absolutely fulfilled our brief, to the after care service as we negotiated and completed legals. I was particularly impressed with the momentum that they maintained in regularly contacting all parties (we were in a chain of four households) and their professionalism.

We were looking to move into the Ascot area in early 2024, and were delighted with the levels of service and expertise we received from Osborne Heath. Elle and Tina were a great source of local knowledge and information as we started viewing properties, to the extent we changed our search area on the basis of some key details they shared with us. Once we found a property we were interested in, we were unable to offer while we awaited agreeing the sale of the house we were in. During this period, Elle especially kept us updated of interest in the property, and the wider state of the market. When we could make an offer, she was very proactive through a challenging negotiation to see us through to an accepted offer. Subsequently, the internal team, led by Pam, assisted with a complex chain, where dates were fluid and saw us exchange and complete on the dates we wanted. We would recommend Osborne Heath without hesitation.

Recently sold our house through Osbourne Heath. Kyle was frank and honest at the valuation and they helped in getting a quick offer. Pam in sales support was incredibly helpful in ensuring the sale went through smoothly. We hope to move back to the area in a few years and hope the house we find is also advertised by Osbourne Heath.

It took us 4 years to find our dream house . We had seen over 60 properties and were losing faith when we met Elle from Osborne Heath . We instantly found her to be friendly , smart, helpful and most importantly, on our side . She showed us multiple potentials and through getting to know us, knew exactly what we were after . She found our perfect home and I’m currently in it writing this review . She is a FANTASTIC estate agent and deserves an immediate raise or promotion . She made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and alongside Pam in the office , guided us through the rough waters of buying a house . We are very happy and very grateful .

We have recently purchased a property in Ascot and were supported initially by Kyle Rowland with viewings before being passed across to Pam to support with the purchase itself. Kyle is really lovely, very down to earth and makes you feel as though he really cares about your family and finding the right home. Pam was incredibly responsive and answered any queries we had within an hour. She also became a great contact for info regarding the sellers position throughout the sale process, something which our solicitor didn't do! I had a very positive experience with Elle Harcup who assisted me with 2 viewings recently in Ascot. She was so helpful and friendly. 10/10 - Really positive experience, as Osborne Heath has provided the highest quality service, and have shown genuine interest in helping us in our move from overseas, not only helping us find the perfect property, but also advising us during all the referencing and leasing process. Worth mentioning Sophia Picton, who despite her youth has acted with the highest professional standards, being proactive and efficient in solving every issue that came up.
